He was born in Batavia, NY graduated from Fulton City Schools, attended R.I.T (Rochester) and graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Arts from SUNY Oswego. He taught Jr. High Industrial Arts at Fulton City School from, 1962-1991. He resided in Palermo for 56 years. He was active in Demolay, Scouting, held the position of church officer in the U.M. Church and was a Little League Officer. He served as Supervisor for the Town of Palermo for 6 years. He enjoyed woodworking and model railroad building.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Evelyn (Johnson). He was proud of his children: Gary (Valerie Hark), Cynthia (Phil Barcelona), Scott,
Graveside Services will be 11 AM Saturday July 16th in the Vermillion Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Harter Funeral Home Mexico, NY.
Following the graveside services, a celebration of Tom's life will be held at the family home.
