Raymond Fredrick Phillips (December 25th, 2017)
Raymond Fredrick Phillips,59, of New Haven passed away peacefully on Christmas day at Saint Joseph Hospital in Syracuse after battering a short-term illness. He was born in Fulton to Ida (Troop) Phillips and Fredrick Phillips on May 8th, 1958. He served in the U.S. Army along with being a mason for over thirty years. He worked for Nastri Real Estate of Syracuse until his death. In his spare time, he liked to go fishing, study the martial arts or play music on his guitar.

He is survived by his wife Laurie (Maine) Phillips of Naples (NY), daughters Christy Phillips of Mexico and Diana Phillips of Las Vegas (NV) along with his son Bruce Maine of Fulton. He is also survived by his sister Elizabeth (Phillips) Terramiggi of Fulton, half-sister Thresa (Hotiling) Maine Of Hannibal, and Half Brother Trace Hotiling of Volney. Calling hours and service will be at Harter Funerial Home in Mexico on January 4th, 2018 from 1 to 2 P.M.
