Nicholas F. D'Emanuele (May 10th, 2017)
Nicholas F. D'Emanuele died on May 10, 2017 in Rochester, NY at the age of 89. He is pre-deceased by his wife Ruth M. D'Emanuele and is survived by daughters Cara D'Emanuele and Cami D'Emanuele, son Ross D'Emanuele, daughter-in-law Nicole Valentine, and grandchildren Korey, Adelaide, Piper, Peyton, Tatum, Nickie and DJ. Nick was born in Middletown, Connecticut and was an Army World War II Veteran. He was employed as an electrician for General Motors in Syracuse and was an active member of The United Methodist Church, The Masons, The American Legion and The VFW. He especially enjoyed his work with The Shriners appearing at events and in parades as "Buttons" The Clown. Nick and his wife Ruth were cared for at St. Francis Commons Assisted Living in Oswego and Monroe Community Hospital in Rochester.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 18, 2017 from the Harter Funeral Home, 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico NY. Burial will follow in the Mexico Village Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2016 at the funeral home.
